Returns & Refunds

• Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns once an order is finalized. Each portrait is a unique masterpiece created specifically for your pet.
• Art Proofing: We provide a digital proof for your review. You can request unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% happy before we print and ship.

Cancellations & Fees:

• Within 24 Hours: Full refund available.
• After 24 Hours: Since our artists have already begun the dedicated creation process, a $20.00 production fee will be deducted for each additional day passed before the cancellation is requested. Once the final art proof is completed, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
• Damages: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement free of charge.
